Pharma-HS
The Pharma-HS control solution consists of a Schneider Electric PacDrive Logic Motion Controller, along with Lexium 52 servo drives/BSH/BMH servo motors, Altivar 320 VFDs, TM5 I/O modules and a Magellis HMISTU operator interface. Servo motors on the metering belts, main pusher, and seal bar system allow for fast and precise control of product through the machine. Schneider Electric Multi9 circuit protection, Zelio solid state relays, TeSys D electromechanical contactors, Harmony XVU tower lights and Harmony XB4 pushbuttons/indicators are all a part of the electrical controls for the machine.
TW-TangoII
The TW-TangoII control solution consists of a Schneider Electric PacDrive Logic Motion Controller, along with Lexium 52 servo drive/BSH servo motor, Altivar 320 VFDs, TM5 I/O modules and a Magellis HMISTU operator interface.
