Solution implementation and benefits

The main objective of this line is to make macarons by removing repetitive operations made manually by operators. The design of the machine allows ergonomic operator workstations and the elimination of repetitive movements in order to avoid musculoskeletal disorders generated by these operations when performed by hand. It is a compact machine, flexible with quick flavor changes, easy to manage, easy to clean, allowing to increase production volumes.
