Theegarten-Pactec specializes in the design and construction of packaging machines for small-sized confectionery items. The newly developed CHS packaging machine is able to processes chocolate products at a speed of 1,800 products per minute. Its maximum flexibility is demonstrated by a quick changeover between nine different folding types.
The development of the CHS packaging machine was assisted by the excellent and cooperative collaboration with Schneider Electric. This contributed to achieve the intended combination of flexibility and maximum output of 1800 packaged products per minute.
The outstanding visualisation of the machine includes receipt management, generation of maintenance plans, guided format changes and a diagnosis system, all to pave the way for future integration in internet-based production approaches. PacDrive already support this today.
