Founded in 1965, Universal Pack is an international reference in the field of single-dose packaging. The company is specialized in the design and construction of vertical machines and complete automatic lines for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical industries. The new machine is designed for packaging pharmaceutical gels into Stick Pack sachets.

Solution implementation and benefits

This new complete line for packaging pharmaceutical gels has many key automation components supplied by Schneider Electric, starting with the LMX 802 Pro 2 CPU control system, and is replicated as a digital model thanks to Schneider's Machine Expert Twin digital twin.
